Codeigniter tutorial for beginners on removing the index.php from the url. We are going to use mod_rewrite to remove index.php from the url and also edit the .htaccess file in the codeigniter application. We will also get into some configurations you're going to have to do if you get an error with removing the index.php from the apache server. You have to make sure you have the mod_rewrite module uncommented.
