This is a simple guessing game program where the user has to guess a randomly generated number between 1 and 10.
The program provides hints to the user whether their guess is too low or too high, and prompts the user to enter another guess until they guess the correct number.
Once the user guesses the correct number, the program prints a message saying "you guessed it right!!".
