open terminal and type
pip install pywhatkit
now press enter
now come back and type
import pywhatkit
pywhatkit.sendwhatmsg("+919876543210","This is a message",15,00)
then press the run button
it asks to wait for few seconds
it automatically opens chrome and WhatsApp web
and sends the message
