Debugging Android WebView Using Chrome Developer Tools
In this tutorial, we will be learning about the steps required to remotely debug an Android Webview in the DevTools of the Google Chrome browser. Now, you can debug all the things like performance, script execution time, network, etc. That’s it, enjoy debugging on Android webView using chrome developer tools.
We will begin by creating a simple android application that contains a Webview widget that will be displaying a website/web page of our choice. Then we will be connecting it to the Chrome Developer tools from which we can debug our webView and perform various actions.
