The biggest challenge for companies today, in addition to remaining competitive, has been to add technology to their daily operations.

Reports need to be extracted from the system one by one in excel and transformed into graphics;
The routine itself is just reporting production data continuously, with a low window to analyze;
8 hours of work daily to keep this routine going.



The case below shows how an RPA solution using BotCity and #python manages to optimize the time of a collaborator who had become the production bottleneck that he should control.

The bot kicks in by performing repetitive actions, as well as other technology features that make it easy for users to standardize data entry. Where our human agent will only analyze, collect the data already processed and make decisions.



The new flow consists of:

Capture production data through APPSHEET;
Data is stored in the cloud;
The bot periodically accesses data in the cloud, accesses the company's system and executes each note;
The data in the cloud were standardized with the system data, so it is possible to feed a BI while everything happens simultaneously;
The collaborator will be changed by email by the bot in the success or failure of his tasks;
In case of error, the bot will restore data to the initial process and forward a file with this data to the people involved;
The whole routine is reduced to 40 minutes of "bot labor", allowing the tasks that add value to the process to be executed and planned in time.

With this, it is possible to prove the powerful return offered by RPA directly on a collaborator. If we could capture indirect earnings, this number would be much higher.

A refined vision is necessary to understand the process, to elaborate a harmonious solution to the user's routine and to integrate those involved.
