Shopify Private Apps are now deprecated and have been replaced with the more secure "Custom Apps"

To create a Shopify Custom App, go to:

Dashboard - Settings - Apps and Sales channels - Develop Apps - Create App

All your existing Private apps have been automatically converted to custom Apps
