In this video we show how to install wordpress on AWS using Idealstack and the WP-CLI commandline interface for PHP.

Doing it this way, versus uploading the files manually has the benefit that you can script it, making it faster and easier to deploy new sites. WP-CLI can also install themes and plugins, allowing you to easily standardise the setup of wordpress sites.
