This is a simple project to create role-based API authentication using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Passport, Passport-JWT, and JSON web tokens.

In this video playlist, we have explained how to create your own custom route middleware to check the roles of the requesting user.

Finally, we have accessed these routes using POSTMAN.
