Couple important differences and similarities about PyTorch Tensor and Numpy Array.
I also showed some basic conversions from one type to other (how to convert tensor to array and array to tensor)

ps I am using words „tensor” and „array” in relation with pytorch/numpy context, „tensor” in math context or „array” in data structure context have different meanings:)
