How to add Enqueue Bootstrap files into Wordpress Theme

wp_enqueue_script( string $handle, string $src = '', array $deps = array(), string|bool|null $ver = false, bool $in_footer = false )

Registers the script if $src provided (does NOT overwrite), and enqueues it.

Step-1 : Download Booststrap from http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/

Step-2 : Extract and copy and paste all files into theme directory.

Step-3 : Open Functions.php and call all related JS and CSS files Via wp_enqueue_script() Function Statement.

Step-4 : Add JQuery using same function.

Step-5 : If all goes perfect you will check the theme by refreshing page.
