HoverStats is a Minecraft Chat Plugin which allows you to add a cool GUI whenever someone hovers over a username in the chat. It allows you to show statistics for that user. It supports PlaceholderAPI and can be cool on a KitPVP server, or a factions server. It is a dream to setup, and its 100% free.
