ABSTRACT:
Event Sharing platform (ESP) is a web-based project where participants meet events. The growth of social media and diversity of people on different social platforms have made it difficult to market events to the appropriate and complete audience. Event Sharing Platform eases the life of Event Manager, Event Ambassadors, Event Administrators and Event Participants by reducing the management and marketing overload. Event Sharing Platform is a powerful platform which unites all users on same platform to organize, manage and attend events. All the audience on the same platform makes it easy to market the event to every individual. Scheduling clash-free events is one of the great challenges solved by Event Sharing Platform by using Advanced Database Concepts and skilled Scheduling algorithm. Email and SMS notification services are the vital source of bringing users on a single platform.
This project is unique in a way that it manages each user profile, schedules clash-free events, provides Email and SMS notifications, recommend events to Individual user, highlight events, unites audience on single platform, collects event fee, provides list of participants to Event Managers, announces result, tracks the upcoming events and much more. To conclude, ESP is one of the best available solutions for Event Management purpose
