Tech4Heritage Babylon 3D Workshop
Babylon was T4H's first destination. The workshop took place inside the conference room of the site of the ancient city of Babylon. This privilege allowed T4H trainees to work outdoor and directly on genuine artifacts from the site of Babylon. Although we had to face a lot of power cuts, T4H was very welcome and received great help both from the State Board of Antiquities and from the World Monument Fund, who was there to renovate the site, and in particular the Ishtar gate. The field day took place on the site of Borsippa, whose ziggurat last long mistaken for the Tower of Babel.
