Steps to Create Pasword Manager in Javascript
1. create html markip
2. addListener "Load"
3. prevent submit
4. get all values from input field
5. create object to store all values
6. store values in localstorage
7. store object in array
8. store array to localStorage by converting to JSON
9. get all values from localstorage and insert again
10. fetch all values onload page
