Python 01C - Data Casting
Casting values from one data type is often necessary in processing data. Math cannot be performed on strings, so string data must first be converted (aka cast) from the string data type to a numeric data type of int or float. In concatenating a string with a numeric value, the numeric value must first be cast to a string data type.
