The Syntax for Slicing a string is:
string_name[start_index : End_Index : Step]
Characters at Start Index is always included and at the end index if excluded. Step gives instructions on how to Increment.
In Negative Indexing, the last letter/character has an index of -1. Remember that in Python the negative index of the last character is always -1 and not -0
