After you have joined the ServiceNow Developer Program and set up a Personal Developer Instance at https://developer.servicenow.com you can configure multi-factor authentication for any user in the system. In this short video we show the steps required to enable the plugin and configure user accounts to pair with Google Authenticator for additional login security.
