Unity UI Layout Basics
The Unity user interface (UI) has many layout features, like vertical and horizontal layouts. How items fit into these rely on many fators like Control Child Size, Use Child Scale, and Child Force Expand. These factors can be further augmented with by giving children the layout element script, and changing things like flexible width and height.
