What is a conversation?
A conversation, or chat, is a dialogue—oral, written, or through sign language—between two or more people who express their ideas or feelings in a planned or spontaneous way, establishing communication through verbal or nonverbal language.
✅Conversations today can be very diverse in terms of the elements they use, as they can be face-to-face, but also via traditional phone calls, video calls, or chat.
✅When conversations are via chat, we can find elements such as written text, emojis, stickers, GIFs, audio, short videos, and photos in a single conversation. What I mean by all this is that the conversations we knew 10 years ago are no longer the same.
