How to load data table from PDF to Excel?

Let’s use Microsoft Excel Three Six Five on a Windows 10 OS as an example.

First, Download Sample PDF with data table from this link

Next, in Excel, select Data , Get Data, From File, From PDF and choose the PDF we just downloaded to confirm

Lastly, just follow the guide to select the data table you want to load into Excel, and click “Load” to confirm.

After a few seconds, the data table from PDF has been extracted into Excel successfully!
