If you’ve ever wanted to learn Python but felt overwhelmed before you even started, this stream is for you!
Getting set up can feel like the hardest part. There are downloads, tools, settings, and a lot of opinions about what you “should” be using. It’s easy to feel behind before you have written a single line of code.
In this stream, I’ll slow everything down and we’ll set up your environment together. We’ll install the latest version of Python, get Visual Studio Code up and running, walk through simple customizations that make coding feel less intimidating, and install the tools we’ll be using throughout the series.
We’ll also talk about how AI coding assistants fit into a beginner learning process. Not as a shortcut, but as a way to understand what your tools are doing and why they matter.
This session is about removing friction, building confidence, and creating a starting point that actually feels approachable!
