Python Application Programming-Module 1:User Defined Functions in Python
Python Application Programming. This video is as per VTU syllabus of B.E. 6th semester.
In this video User defined functions are discussed. There are basically two types of functions based on user return value of the function. If functio returns a value, it is called fruitful function and if it doesn't reutrn a value, it is called void function.
Any function can accept input which are called parameters of the function. Based on Parameters we can have single parameter, multi-parametrs (two or more parameters) and no parameter functions.
Many persons will get confusion between parameters and arguments of a function:
Values or variables whic are part of a function call are called arguments whereas variables which are part of function definition are called parameters.
