Is VS Code crashing on launch because it can't handle a large file? Here's a how-to fix tutorial.

1) In File Explorer, type %appdata% into the address bar and press enter.
2) Locate the Code folder, enter it, then enter Backups folder.
3) Delete any folders inside the Backups folder
4) Launch VS Code and it should work as expected
