Generate a sample contact csv file with approx. 60k records using spawner.
Use the data commands to manipulate records in your org.
Creates a job and one or more batches for inserting new rows and updating existing rows by accessing the Bulk API.
Try to load the data in an existing developer org.
See what happens when we face network issue.
See what happens when we reach storage limit during data load.
We will create an Enterprise Scratch org with 1GB space to test a success scenario.
