Hacktron v1.0 2021 | Virtual Game Development Bootcamp and Hackathon
𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 එකෙන් organize කරලා තියනවා 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝟏.𝟎 කියලා ලංකාවේ පලවෙනි වතාවට කරන Virtual Game Development Bootcamp එකක් සහ Hackathon එකක්. මේක කරන එකේ aim එක තමයි ගේම් ඩිවෙලොප්මන්ට් කරන්න කැමති ඕනම කෙනෙකුට ඒ පැත්තට අදාල ප්රැක්ටිකල් ස්කිල්ස් හදාගන්න උදව්කරන එක.
මේ ඉවෙන්ට් එක සති 8ක කාලයක් පවත්වනවා කොටස් දෙකක් ව්දියට.
𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟬𝟭: 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽 (𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮 - 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟬𝟭)
මේ කොටසෙදී ඔයාලට පුලුවන් ගේම් ඩිවෙලොප්මන්ට් ගැන ගගොඩක් දේවල් ඉගෙන ගන්න. මේ ටික ඉවරඋනාම ඔයාලට හම්බවෙනවා ටාස්ක් 4ක් ප්රෝග්රැමින්, කන්සෙප්ට් ආර්ට්, 3D ඩිසයින් ඇනිමේශන් සහ ලෙවල් ඩිසයින් කියන පැති වලින්. මේ ටාස්ක් හොදට සම්පූර්ණ කරන අයට මෙයලා certificates සහ තවත් rewards දෙන්න බලාගෙන ඉන්නවා.

මේ දෙවෙනි කොටසතියෙන්නේ හැකතොන් එකක් එහෙමත් නැත්තම් ගේම් එකක් හදන තරගයක් වගේ. මේ කොටස සති 6ක් පුරාවට තියනවා. මේ කොටස නම් තියෙන්නේ inter-university undergraduates ලට විතරයි කියලා තමයි දැනටනම් ආරංචිය තියෙන්නේ. ඉතින් ඔයාලටත් පුලුවන් මේ බූට්කෑම්ප් එකට register වෙන්න.

𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 has organized 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝟏.𝟎 The first ever Virtual Game Development Bootcamp and Hackathon in Sri Lanka, aims to make a platform to impart game development knowledge and to develop related practical skills of undergraduates, fresh intern undergraduates, self-learning individuals and all other enthusiasts with an analytical background and an interest in game development industry in Sri Lanka and make a new revival in the industry.
The whole event is conducted virtually within the time period of 8 weeks with 2 chapters
𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟬𝟭: 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽 - Consists of 10 days and opens for island-wide enthusiasts keen on the game development sector. (𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮 - 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟬𝟭)
• Bootcamp continues for 10 days and mainly consists of three lessons as Game Programming Lessons, Concept Art Designing and 3D Designing Lessons.
• After these sessions, four tasks will be provided.
• There are Programming Task, Concept Art task, 3D Designing Task and 3D animation task
• Cash awards, specialization certificates and scholarships are offered to the most talented and skillful contestants.
