In Microsoft Excel, array functions (also known as array formulas) allow you to perform calculations or operations on multiple cells or ranges of cells at once, treating them as an array. This enables you to work with multiple values simultaneously and return a single result or multiple results based on the array operation.
Enter the formula as you would with a regular function but instead of pressing just Enter, use the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Enter

The MMULT function in Excel is used to perform matrix multiplication between two arrays. Matrix multiplication is a mathematical operation that combines two matrices to produce a new matrix by taking the dot product of rows and columns. This function is particularly useful when working with matrices in Excel.

The syntax of the MMULT function is as follows:
=MMULT(array1, array2)
