This is an example how you can achieve UWP like apps in Python GUI frameworks like kivy, pyqt5 and pyside. Maybe Tkinter.

UWP-python package lets you achieve this task with ease. You can get it from our project it's free and opensource. The executable will unpack UWP package at installed location, reference is provided with it.

This is just a prototype, so no online player as depicted.
