Hello, this was supposed to be short but ended up becoming longer that's why it's vertical and short, sorry for that.

Commands Used 🖥️:
The "library.c" file should be your C file name and the library name can be anything ending with ".dll" or ".so" respectively

Compile Windows: gcc -shared -o library_windows.dll library.c
Compile Linux: gcc -shared -o library_linux.so library.c
