Welcome back, Educators.
We’ll create a quiz form from scratch. To start, create a new form.
As default, a new form has a title and description field and a multiple choice field.
And the name of the form file will be added as the form title. We could change it later.
We’ll add a description and change the multiple-choice to short-answer question.
We’ll add the second question. It’ll be a multiple choice.
Click the plus icon.
Type the question.
Type the choices.
And we’ll add checkboxes for the third question.
Click the plus icon.
Type the question.
Type the choices.
The multiple-choice field lets the user select one choice only.
Instead, the checkboxes field lets the user choose one or more choices.
The fourth question will be a paragraph field.
Click the plus icon.
Type the question.
To make the field required, activate the toggle button.
Click the preview icon to view how the recipients will see the form.
The red star indicates the required questions.
