This video guides you through two exercises that practice serialization. The first one serializes and deserializes a combination of value and reference types. The second one creates a simple custom type (EquilateralTriangle), creates a list of triangles, serializes the list as one object and saves it to a file, modifies the original list, and retrieves it from the serialized file to restore the original list.
