Difference between extern double int bool string void in Mql4 programming
Part 6: The difference between extern, double, int, bool, and string, void, in MQL4 programming can be seen in this video.
extern = to display the variable name in the EA settings input field.
double = data type for variable names whose input can be integers or fractions.
int = data type for variable names whose input can be integers only.
bool = data type for variable names whose input can only be two values, select true (yes) or false (no).
string = data type for variable names whose input can be a sentence.
void = data type for function names that do not require a return value.
