What is GitHub Code Scanning? How can we use it to find vulnerabilities in GitHub's hosted code for free? And why should we use it?

These are the main questions we will try and answer in this session about Code Scanning, the feature in GitHub that allows you to secure your code easily and thoroughly.

DAVIDE BENVEGNU AKA CODERDAVE
Davide is the DevOps and Infra Lead at PlayStudios. Before that, he was a DevOps Architect at Microsoft and GitHub, where he worked with the companies' biggest and most important clients across Asia and Oceania on their DevOps transformations.

He has 18 years of experience in Software Development and IT, with 14 of those focused on ALM/DevOps.

Born in Italy and currently living in Hong Kong, he's a former MMA fighter and runs a YouTube Channel about DevOps called CoderDave.
