NativeScript Angular keeps navigated components alive on a stack. This is great for performance, since the framework doesn't have to work as hard to recreate the components that you might return to. However, sometimes you might need manual control over the component life cycle, and you may need to call ngOnDestroy for a component when the Page unloads. I'll show you how to do that in this short NativeScript Tutorial.
