Modern menu hover effect using HTML, CSS and JS | Speed Code
In this tutorial, we are creating a modern menu using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for your modern websites.
In this element, you will get a hamburger menu on your screen and its page aside from it. When you move your mouse on the Page Link it will get shrink and also change its color and when you click on the hamburger menu you get all of your pages like a card effect towards the downside and all of their Page Link/Name on it and when you hover on any of the pages links they will get shrink and when you click on any of the links their respective page will appear.
