This is part 3 of a series on using a GUI to drive uploading csv files to a database and subsequent reporting from the database.
Part 1 was a basic PyQt GUI.
Part 2 was reading csv file and inserting the lines in the database.
Part 3 here is showing a couple of basic controls for the database input based on not inputting the same date of data that is already the most recent in the database.
