TensorRT Nvidia 2x | Automatic1111 | Stable Diffusion
Using the TensorRT extension and updated drivers from Nvidia, we can get 2x speedup when generating and upscaling (increasing) images with SDXL models and +50% speedup when generating and upscaling with sd 1.5 models in Automatic1111 (Stable Diffusion). And that is not all. We can reduce video memory consumption, this is especially true when working with SDXL models who have little video memory.
Installing TensorRT in Automatic1111 (Stable Diffusion). Among the shortcomings, it is worth noting the lack of support for ControlNet and some other extensions. But you can always disable TensorRT and perform the necessary actions without it. For less memory consumption with SDXL models, we can write the --medvram-sdxl key in the bat file. Or --medvram or --lowvram for everything.
