Esri's CTO for ArcGIS Enterprise Jay Theodore and ArcGIS API for Python Lead Product Engineer Atma Mani discuss and demonstrate how Automation has become a critical necessity, starting with deployment, through various workflows in Online and Enterprise, and integration with external enterprise and mobile systems. Atma shows how the ArcGIS API for Python can be used to create a fully automated end-to-end system, from creating multiple Web GIS systems, configuring them for distributed collaboration, cloning content and automating field crew notification, using an emergency management scenario.
