Windows PC Error Code 0xc00000f Solution!
After searching the internet for about an hour and finding nothing, I decided to make a solution of my own, and it's free! Please note that this solution will format your PC, and all content on it will be lost and can't be recovered. When you format your PC, all pictures, videos, downloads, files, etc. will be wiped clean from your PC. I am not responsible for any lost content. If you didn't like this method, don't comment that it didn't work, it confuses other people reading the comments on this video.
NOTE: This method may not work on all PCs. As far as I know, it works on most, if not all Toshiba laptops. I'm not 100% sure, so you should give it a try and see if it works anyway.
