In this project, we will use the Etherscan API to create a gas tracker for the Ethereum network. The reason for stating that the tutorial is low-code is because we won't be writing code to create our project. We'll be writing comments which generate code. (I understand there is a grey area between calling this low-code and actual code.)

Of course, this will be easy if you have coding experience. But, if you're graduating from no-code to low-code, then GitHub Copilot will help with that transition. (I must stress, this isn't a comprehensive coding tutorial.)
