ENCODE x CDW
ENCODE has revealed NEXUS design system during Cairo Design Week ’24 at AlCayan, Korba Heliopolis district. Nexus is an application for Machine Learning Aided Design that allows the user to investigate infinite designs of non-linear morphed alternatives between thousands of generatively generated dynamic patterns using machine learning and textual inversion algorithms projected into real world architectural applications as: Columns, Architectural surfaces and Cladding Systems. The space demonstrated an interplay between real and imaginary representations manifested to complement the Nexus experience by using additive manufacturing 3D printed 3 meters height columns and reflective dark surfaces that aimed to create an immersive experience and cross the gap between real (Central column) and imaginary ones (edge columns) to sew our real-imaginary fabric of the space that led to creating an endless impressive experience.
