Marinated Bacon
1 kg of bacon
1 liter of water
1 head of garlic
5 bay leaves
4 tbsp salt
ground black pepper, red ground pepper (to taste)
cut the bacon into pieces
bring the water to a boil, add spices and salt
put bacon in boiling water
when the water starts to boil, remove foam, then boil for 5 minutes
squeeze the garlic cloves into the saucepan
remove the saucepan from the heat
place in the refrigerator for 12 hours
remove bacon pieces from marinade
rub them with a mixture of spices (paprika and ground black pepper)
wrap in foil, and store in the freezer
