In this HTML and PHP file upload example on the Apache Web Server I show you how to create a basic HTML file input form that takes an image or other local file and uploads the file to the remote Apache server. There is then a small PHP upload file script that captures the file uploaded from the HTML5 form and then uses a PHP script to save the uploaded file to the server.
