The video talks about basic Boolean algebra rules and operations which are a must for implementing logic control via PLCs. Things are explained through an industrial example to make the point for refreshing Boolean algebra knowledge. The AND, OR and NOT gates are explained along with pneumatic, electrical and electronic implementation. Moreover, basic logic gates are then used to solve a typical industrial situation.

Correction:
At 12:51, the mapping of truth table entries into a K-Map are shown incorrectly. The correct mapping sequence while going from left to right and top to bottom will be 1, 2, 4, 3, 5, 6, 8, 7, 13, 14, 16, 15, 9, 10, 12, 11. The error in mapping rose from the fact that the columns and rows were wrongly labeled. The correct labels for columns are " NOT(c,d) NOT(c)d cd cNOT(d) " and for rows it will be " NOT(a,b) NOT(a)b ab aNOT(b) ".
