Here's a quick CSS tooltip tutorial to add to your WordPress or HTML websites without using any plugin. These are very simple codes that can be easily be implemented on your website regardless of what themes your website is running on. And it's absolutely free as you will not have to install any plugin.
Tooltip is basically a message that appears when a mouse hovers on a text or image. So in many instances, there might be some text you only want to display when a mouse hovers on it. Thus, using these codes you will be able to easily achieve this without much of a hassle.
