It's time to give a maintainable, flexible and interactive CLI to our split-join-file script.
The MVP was making a lot of assumptions: which file to split, and where to dump the chunks. Now we need to allow the user to pick which file they want to split (either through a CLI option, or vial CLI interactive "select list") , where to send the chunks, and how big the chunks need to be.
We'll be using python click and questionary to build our CLI.
