the problem: write a script that splits a file into smaller chunks.
we'll compare a naive solution (typical of junior devs) versus a more mature, stream based, solution, that makes less assumptions, and generally runs better!
For this video we'll use python, but the problem is generic enough, and the solution can be replicated in dotnet c# , java, golang and so on!

during programming interviews it's important to assess the problem-solving abilities of the candidate, and to verify what kind of assumptions they make.
