Rope Flow is a practice to train rotational movement patterns. It can add a ton of value to your fitness - use it warm up / active recovery, low impact cardio, spine & shoulder mobility, or just a way to relax & move your body. It's safe & easy on the body so you have a lot of freedom to explore the movements.
In my experience, the best way to learn rope flow is to experiment and feel your way through it. I don't want to bog you down with too much info or too many details in these tutorials - just some ideas to inspire your practice.
