In JavaScript to validate the password we use - "^(?=.*[a-z])(?=.*[A-Z])(?=.*[0-9])(?=.*[!@#\$%\^&\*])(?=.{8,})"; as the regex code.
This regular expression checks for capital, small letter alphabets, special symbols, numbers and length( must be eight or more characters) for password filed in html forms using javascript.
