G(V, E)
A digraph G=(V, E), where V is a set of nodes and E is a set of ordered couples representing the connection between two nodes belonging to V.
Edge is a order couple thats why it enforce the connection
V= {A, B, C, D, E.....Z}
E= {(A, B), (A,C), (B, D)....}

out_degree

Directed graph are also known as DiGraph
