The “dancing” Warrior, this pose grants freedom and speaks to both the capacity to let go and get lost in the moment and the ability to express yourself, your mind and body in way that feels equally graceful and powerful. It creates strength and flow of movement on the mat which translates to physical, mental and emotional equanimity off the mat.
